Branch staff has zero knowledge. They should be ashamed, honestly not helping at all.

Just opened a new account. I was very pleased with the kind and friendly service.nnI have insurance with Suncorp-Metway, I’m also happy about that too.

Can I give minus 5 stars? This branch has been inoperable twice in a row now and the staff extremely unhelpful.

If you like to waste your time in line with a super slow service. This is the place to be. The worst bank ever.

Doors locked at 3:50pm cash deposit ATM machine outside temporally out of order!! Customers caught pressed button to let me in against the staff's wishes, upon entry I was abused and treated like scum told I can't be served their closed! Customer of several years, Time to change banks!!! I've travelled all over Australia and Suncorp have drastically downsized their customer service centers and are the worst bank at updating their websites and atm Google map locations.
