Commonwealth Bank Pacific Fair Broadbeach

Tried to go here on a Saturday morning - which we were kind of excited about because it’s so hard to find banks open outside of 9:30-4, but then they didn’t have any tellers and told us to go to a different branch: why is it so hard for CBA to offer proper customer service, and their full suite of services at every branch? Working people don’t have time to visit a branch between 9:30am and 4pm Monday to Friday.

I'm getting charge for some subscription that I haven't done, I need to talk with a human being, so I can fix the problem and order a new credit card, I'm trying to reach out the bank by the phone, because my credit card has been cloned, but aparently nobody works in this bank, because I stay 40 minutes in the line and nobody answer the phone. I can't make it in busy hours, unless I miss a work day. WELL DONE.

Concierge always gives me the most amazing welcoming and service. All the staff also have great service.
