NAB branch

If I could give them zero stars I would. Worst customer service across the board, refuse to actually provide customer service. Years ago no issues joint account providing my husband authorisation to collect my card now huge issue. Not to mention post a card that never is received and no notification of the card posted and then cancel my card which I rely on and told I should have multiple accounts and cards. Left unable to pay for vital thing's and care factor zero from NAB and complaints department do not resolve and did not escalate the matter and no compensation

Worst banking service ever. Better opt for comm bank it's way better than NAB in all aspects.

Good if you don't need a home loan

I used to go to Cavil Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach branches but closed down now to Southport, all staff that I have seen over 7years are very helpful and friendly
