ANZ Branch

This bank is about the best in this area,staff polite and competent. Also unlike many banks they never make excuses when I need to request hundred dollar notes! Will be also happy to keep banking here if they keep $100 notes in their ATMs .

After a long delay to get my credit card paper statements got called to come and pick them up. As I had an emergency operation the day after I could not attend the office. Today I pulled myself to get here the branch has been shut with no clear explanation and they said wait for half an hour hour side then we might open. There could have been many ways to deal with the situation:n1) asking to have an express delivery to my address by next dayn2) deopping them from beneath the door. When I asked for any of the above all I got was a cold shoulder and staff walking away without an apology

Idk why this branch has such a low rating, it made me really scared to come here.nnBut I made an appointment to open up an account and was able to make it the same day by phone. Cherry was really nice and loved her customer service and energy. She was really patient with me when I asked a lot of questions and helped me out. I’m not from this country so this mean’t a lot.nnDon’t always depend on reviews guys and make sure to just make an appointment before hand and ask what you need before, that’s all :)

Felt totally unwelcome and service wasn’t helpful at all. Tried to make a transfer at the branch because wasn’t unable to do through internet banking, however staff was suggesting that I should do it through internet banking. Most useless branch I’ve ever been in my life, terrible customer service. When I switched to ANZ I’ve expected more.

Anz forget about customer service. I am hating them for closing atm and lack of staff
