Great location! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful! I had several things that I needed help with today and was assisted in such a timely manor. Great branch to go to.

CommonWealth Surfers Paradise is unfortunately a terrible branch. The atm machines located outside are always out of order and they don’t seem to have enough staff for this very busy tourist location so expect to wait in long lines all the time. I must say once serviced the staff are polite but often haven’t been able to help me with my international banking needs.

Very friendly staff Leonie helped me out with closing my account. Very convenient and supportive. Cant understand the bad reviews!
