Bendigo Bank

Very friendly and efficient staff. Always pleasant to deal with all the staff, other banks could learn from them

There recently, wasn't happy with the service!! I was treated like a 2nd rate citizen as the bank had messed up but it was somehow my fault?! They could have fixed it up but obviously too lazy so it's become a bad office to go through now. I'll have to take a trip to another office located at Mermaid Waters or Tugun. If not means I'll need to go elsewhere as hardly any Bendigo banks left on the Gold Coast as they're all closing down

in and out with no issues every time.
