Westpac Branch Bundall

When visiting more most things they say they can't help on-site and to call Westpac call centre. Then call centre says go to branch. Visited 3 times to get Debit Card, still never arrived. Visited 4 times to get account on online banking. Can't walk in for service without booking but if you call in advance they don't answer the phone.

NO STARS. Worst customer service. Unprofessional. Staff make fake promises to call you back. Branch doesn't answer phone. Slow at counter. Wake up Westpac.

Probably the worst place to bank with. Stuffed around for months and promised the world. Never delivered. Go elsewhere. Staff at front counter are very helpful but rest are oxygen thieves.

Horrible customer service, not a pleasure place to be.

Was refused over the counter withdrawal in this branch but was ok with surfers. How can you be refused access to your money? Was it because I'm Asian? Wasn't just me btw
