I visited the Ashmore branch of ANZ today.My query relating to international transfer was handled by Matt. This young gentleman was extremely helpful, nothing was to much trouble. He really pulled out all the stops to ensure that l received the correct information. Matt is an asset to ANZ and I hope that they realise that. Malcolm Langley.
This ANZ branch is terrible since it changed the teller service and you wait so long I have tried 3 times at this branch and I ended up going to another ANZ will not be going back to Ashmore City Branch
Don’t waste your time. Made it extremely hard to do business banking there. I never ever give bad ratings. But this one was well deserved of it. Changed banks up the road. Can’t believe the difference in service and help.
