ANZ has cancelled my travel rewards.nThey are calling the redirection of these funds a “complimentary trip”.nNo. I have spent money on my credit card on purpose. The “travel adventures”.nIs not answering any calls. They don’t have call back service. This...is happening to thousands of people right now. They have just decided to cancel without my permission, a major part of why I have this credit card.nI’ve been working on this for years.nGoing into the store doesn’t work, you must call the hotline.

Absolutely hopeless customer follow up and customer service, they never return their calls and are a disgrace to the brand

Was told to collect a new card from this branch via sms(Friday arvo), was told when I went to collect the following Saturday that card collection from this branch is Mon to Friday.nnA little clarity would help as to when collection is available.n2 other customers wasted the start to the day to be given the same excuse.

Tried to deposit a cheque from my uncle in the UK. Teller wouldn't let me do it because it didn't have my middle name written on it. Expected my uncle who is in his 90's to go back out into the community during the pandemic. Eventually he figured out that I didn't cash it so did go back out and sent it again. Postal delays meant the cheque was lost, he had to go out during the pandemic again. Eventually the third cheque arrived, I went to Robina again, tried to deposit it and they've told me they can't do it because they only wont operate the tellers on Saturdays, so they've asked me to send my 90 year old uncle out again to send it in another format. Either that or I need to have a day off from my prac placement at uni just to go to the bank, or wait another 2 months until my prac is over. It's now August, I tried to deposit this cheque back in February.

This bank is so slow, going in when I need change is never good! Looks like plenty of tellers in the branch but they are incompetant and or unprofessional as I feel ignored when I go and queue up in there as to the waiting. Go to the branch in Surfers or Southport never seem to have that issue there!
