Westpac Branch Robina

We have missed out on purchasing a property due to the bank not giving us the correct information regarding a purchase and loan transfer. We are urgently trying organise redraw from a loan to attend an auction in this week and have NOT had return calls. I have been trying to call the bank daily and and the phone never answers. I have been a customer for over 30 years and have never had service like this. Very poor service and we are about to miss out on another potential purchase. The branch is Westpac Robina.

I had issued depositing at the ATM outside the branch just after the shop closed. Thankfully I was there at just the right time for all the staff to be leaving. The manger was so helpful & sorted the issue out which took about 10 mins. The whole team were there to support her supporting me haha. Great vibes from the Westpac Robina team, always.nnThanks Team

Why bother opening on a Saturday if you're not going to have tellers that give change. Wasted my time travelling all the way here
