ANZ Branch

There’s only ever one person at the desk serving whilst the manager just looks at you and doesn’t even serve. Seriously lead by example !!!

Tried getting 5k out of my own money and was told i need to give 3 days notice. Not really fair its my money. The lady i delt with was a bit sour too.

The staff at this branch seem very tied up with their own self importance. Called branch for answers to simple questions and they told me I had to come in store - extremely dismissive. Took time out from work to head down and one of the staff raised her hand infront of my face and said she was 'in the middle of something' and directed / pointed at me to 'wait there'. Walked out fuming. My personal and business accounts are with ANZ so I pay literally tens of thousands a year in interest and fees. Not good enough.

Great looking branch. The bankers are always willing to help and are well known for being good at home loans and business

I recently started my morguage with ANZ I’ve gone into the Pines bank 3 times in 2 weeks when I don’t have my 10 month old with me every time I’ve gone in the 2IC has told me she is unable to see me and to make a time maybe later in the week. I waited today for 20 minutes before she told me this. I could not leave as I didn’t want to default on my morguage.nCan I say the Cashier (Kelly) there is absolutely amazing though
