Went in today to open an account for my child. The teller told me that the bank closes in 20 minute so she couldn’t help me. Literally talked for longer than it would have taken her to open the account and told me to come back in the morning. I’ve tried to open this account 3 times now at Westpac but every time they are just to busy. Service is so appalling I’m going to open a savings account online and put my money there.
I like this bank and the staff! Jeremy is always helpful
Staff NOT helpful at all, had to fix our problems ourselves.
Horrible service.. no consideration..... never ever to Westpac
