Frustrating level of security for online banking means that if you get a new kb and mistype your password a couple times you can expect to suffer for atleast an hour trying to get them on the phone then going through the long list of details you have to provide. I really don't like banks.

disappointing .I asked Andrew for a $400000.00 bridging loan till we sell the house. We have over a million in property security and about $400.000.00 in cash(incl superannuation) and an income together of about $90000.00. Want to buy a property for 530.000 so 400000 loan and 145000 cash to pay the difference and stamp duty. leaves us with $255000 plus our income to pay 1-2 years interest and to life from>nnbut Andrew can't make it to work??? Impossible to love a bank and maybe you should stop your fake TV commercials if what we have is still not good enough to get a 1-2 year loan
