Absolutely amazing! I changed from one of the big 4 banks to BOQ due to their customer focus. I can call or drop in any business day and talk to them about anything from day to day accounts, mortgages, refinancing and anything else I think of. The staff are always happy to take my call and spend as long as it takes giving their customers the service they require. Definitely the best I've experience in the industry.
