Good products (best interest rate going at the moment) but as for customer service? Appalling. Rude, arrogant and couldn't be bothered are expressions that spring to mind. To be laughed at by a young slip of a kid with tattoos behind the counter when I was simply making polite conversation is beyond bearable. It's also common for them to get stuff wrong; tax file numbers, witholding tax details, interest rates etc etc. I will continue to use them but just not in the branch.nnPS The ATM's are usually out of order.

Why hide your BSB ? Tried phoning and no service at this time...? Oct 27th 12.53 pm. Finally found bsbnOn suncorp metway site. Better service during covid than normal times. Yep line ups..2 tellers and managernwalking around doing nothing.

Quiet place. Only 10 customers allowed. Fast and efficient. Lovely staff.

Nice people to deal with very helpful.

Disgraceful service. The line was almost to the door and only one cashier open. The manager, walking around mindlessly. A terrible bank to obtain any help from. They've just lost me as a customer.
