After 25 years wasting money with Westpac finally moved on to $150 saving in fees within the year there are many better deals out there I would avoid them

OMG I cannot believe how unhelpful Westpak are. I am a single dad of 3 little boys and my partner had a stroke 2 years ago so ive been made Trustee of her finances. Now we just received a new ATM card for her accounts as the old one expired at the end of September and we never asked for a new pin. I have tried activating her new card but it just keeps saying wrong pin so just been into the branch only to be told I cannot get her new pin so they said I can use the card if I go into a branch which is BS. It doesn't even make sense and just makes things so much harder for me like I need anymore drama. Good on you Westpak
