Commonwealth Bank Earlville Branch

I went to this branch requesting a personal loan and i experienced nothing but amazing service from Sarah. She kept me in the loop at all times, came into work earlier for me to sort out my paperwork and was the best person i could of ever asked for to help me! I highly recommended this branch to anyone wanting work done promptly with amazing service. Even the other staff were amazing whenever i went in.

Not enough staff on. Bad layout. Long, long wait time. Avoid!

I have been calling for days and can't get anyone to answer the phone to ask a simple question. I'd rather not have to take time off work to go in (opening hours suck) if I can avoid it.

The hours open are useless.
