Was left to wait for half hour while one lady help someone with a mountain of paper work myself and 2 other people wanting withdraw cash were left to wait no where to sit unless Ur under 6 years old. Were also told everyone else was unavailable and we would just have to wait. The person they were serving ask her to serve us.

The staff are caring and provide personalised attention. They staff according to needs and sometimes you may have to wait. Phone ahead if you are on a tight schedule

Walked in on 13/8/19 attempting to deposit cash into my bank account. First impression walking into this branch - Noelle (customer service) no greeting or a smile coming from this soulless person she definitely made me felt unwelcome, I'm not sure whether it's the colour of my skin but, I was quite friendly with this person. She couldn't help with my inquiry as my account has not yet been open. Prior to exiting this branch, not even a good bye or have a nice day was said by this grumpy old lady. If racq cannot provide basic customer service they wont be getting my money in the nearby future. Noelle requires much needed retraining improving her customer service skills. No wonder a banking royal commission occurred in this country. Please dont bank with this branch they are not on par with the rest when it comes to online banking.
