Staff were helpful and friendly but alas another ANZ service was not. Their Credit Card services would appear to be to busy to email my statement as was requested of them so thank you very much for not providing me with the documentation that I really did require on Friday of last week, Monday of this week and now soon to be Wednesday.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Excellent speed of service and very knowledgeable. I go here every time I need advice and support for my finance needs

No one answers the phone after 3.30pm... Bank Service gets worse as each year passes on
