Extremely long wait times and then was refused service. Gigi was extremely dismissive. Very poor customer service skills all round.nWould not recommend this bank to anyone.

A small branch hence lesser counters servicing customers so had to wait for 15mins at 11am on a Monday. However, once attended to, excellent experience. Good staff and service.
