After 55 years with Westpac I am just so happy and so excited to share that moving over to the Bank of Queensland, Wynnum has been an eye opening and very happy experience indeed. I realised that I was just a number now with Westpac and after being in the Finance business myself for over 40 years, I couldn't stand the lack of service anymore. Ross, Brett and the whole team have been nothing short of amazing. We have answers at branch level within minutes and nothing is too much trouble. We were with one of the big banks during GFC and and they operated on risk and formulas. BOQ took the time to understand our business and we have been with them since 2009. Can't speak highly enough of BOQ.

Literally the worst service. I have lost weight and they refused to believe my i.d was me. You usually wait forever for service. I only use it because it is my local. The service here is awful. It I quicker for me to deal with the Cairns branch. Literally.

Counter staff are amazing, however I have applied online for a personal loan to cover some of the costs of shifting. Two weeks later haven’t heard anything from them. ud83eudd28
