The staff are always ready to help, but can be a bit slow at times during busy times. Usually best to make an appointment.

Poor follow up i open a account on in person 1 july 2020 nothing is happening even my 100 point id not update by branch never recommended this Branch at all

Worse bank I've ever been to, staffs are not professional and not willing to help at all. I asked for my customer registration number and password, the man gave me the wrong details. They seemed like just want to dismiss you as quick as possible. Terrible service!!!
