This branch is super friendly and helpful.nnWe had order the mortgage discharge though the bank(2 weeks), somehow there is miss communication between us and the online service. Then we went to the branch The branch manager had sit us down and get to the bottom of the whole story and solved our problem. Thanks so much

Good parking place, very good location, but as usual Westpac service always far behind the requirements. My personal opinion to send them the staff to Hong King or China to show how the work should be done and how the customer service should be lol
