Thank you to David Watson at the Kenmore Village branch who delivered an excellent customer experience to me this afternoon. He went above and beyond to help me sort out in 7 minutes what' had taken 2 of us all day to try and sort out with the call centre. Thank you David. You should be congratulated.

Watched two different elderly customers walk out due to the long wait. One guy at a desk, one lady at the counter. Pretty poor to have customers wait so long without sufficient staffing levels. Why didn't the recluses in the offices at least make an attempt??? Walked out too.

Spent the last 6 months trying to get a new MasterCard only to be sent 4 debit keycards 4 times and then after visiting the branch and being rudely served by a lady that could barely speak English I was assured the problem would be fixed only to receive a PayTag in the mail and still no MasterCard.

Wow! These guys are seriously amazing... at this very moment the manager is personally walking my Mum over to my bank to help her deposit money into my account. Above and beyond, I am quite blown away with this service. Thanks
