NAB branch

I tried to sign up my brother in law and create his bank account only to be rejected by the teller who was quite rude, given us no other information and said they don't accept visitor visa holders. I went to another NAB branch later where they did accept my brother's details and managed to create an account.

A rating of 1.9 is too generous for them. Nothing but hassle and headache dealing with nab. Money from my business account disappeared just before tax time and took themselves days to sort it out turned out to be a staff's mistake. No apology what so ever. Home loan rate is ridiculous. I have an email saying they are going to offer cash back.they never did. When I complained they arranged a zoom meeting.nothing happened afterwards. When I called a few days later the guy said has no authority to make any changes and referred me to the branch manager who is not replying to emails. I'll be walking away soon transferring my business elsewhere. Avoid at all costs.

This branch has an absolute appalling customer service. Be aware of a teller name starts with N. If I were to name the ten bad customer service experiences that I encounter in my entire life, my experience served by this VERY woman is topping the chart!!! Worse customer service EVER !!!!

Unfortunately this is my closest branch since Kenmore closed down.nI dred coming here, access and parking is poor, and it is always busy, without enough tellers.nToday I stood waiting for 10 minutes while the only teller was talking holiday destinations with an elderly couple, sorry NAB I'm going to take my banking elsewhere.

To Managers or NAB heads office.nI have got business accounts with NAB the only branch is here from acacia Ridge up Oxley.nAn old lady setting behind the desk she's always unhappy or sad when the saw us and does not know the customers service and service is very slow have waiting for long time to gets job done!nZero stars if we can even one's more then that.
