Waited in line for an eternity. Eventually I gave up and left.nRang their main number and waited on hold for 5 mins and then was told I would have call the local branch to make an appointment. When I called the branch number directly (3712 9088) the recording said to leave a message for a callback, but then it said they had no more message space in their system. So that was that. Impossible to do business with.

Always a line-up out the door, only one teller most of the time, absolutely disgraceful

The line has been out the door every time I have been into the branch since it’s relocation.nEventually someone will come up to the line and see if they can assist anyone, only to conclude that everyone in the line actually needs to be served By a teller (which I here are only 2 of)!nnBelow average service.

Absolutely the worst service of any bank in Queensland. The sales and service staff at this branch are the absolute opposite of their work titles, there is no service to be found here. Luis Sifuentes is a staff member I had the unfortunate experience of having to ask for assistance. Rude, condescending, smug, time waster are how I found this Syncope employee.nI will take my business elsewhere and recommend others to do the same.

They do a great job. Considering everything around them has closed down such as Inala branch, Rocklea branch, Sherwood only ATM, Redbank as well....Mount Omm have mopped up EVERYONE and they do anything that they can under pressure. They deserve a rap.
