Westpac Branch Milton

Attended the Milton branch to discuss my financial matters. They have been very welcoming to and even offered me water while waiting. Then as I dealt with Mini Keerawella it all changed. My MAIN problem with her is that she does not get back to you. I have tried calling, emailing and even dropped in (that she didn't want to meet). All she had to say is Yes or No. instead she has wasted my time for 2 weeks. Westpac can do much better without her as Westpac is one of the better banks in Australia.

Have to wait for 25 mins to get served. Only one staff at the counter.

Called to verify a few questions and staff was super helpful and friendly over the phone.nnBefore reaching this branch, I tried calling the following Brisbane based branches multiple times and could not reach anyone! Here are the Westpac branches that ignore your phone calls: Hamilton, Toombul, Morningside, Indooroopilly.
