ANZ Branch

I went into the branch today to do a simple task. There was four ANZ staff and one customer, The lady I spoke to told me I need to make an appointment even though there was three staff doing nothing.nnI went to a different bank I also bank with to do the same thing. It took five minutes and was super simple.nnThis is the third time I've been to this branch where this lady has been rude, they are slow and defiantly need to learn customer service.

Whenever possible I avoid going into the bank, the customer service is hopeless, I actually walk out of the branch feeling agitated and annoyed. I also bank with another bank in the same centre and the service is so much better. Time to change banks!

Consistently really slow service. Usually only one teller on and they always move at snails pace, leaving a long line of people waiting for ages.

I visited this branch 7 Sep 2019, as it was one of the few open Saturday's and my wallet had been lost the previous evening. Having cancelled my cards I needed cash, but for some reason they don't have any teller services available outside of regular Mon to Fri hours. What is the point of being open weekends if you're not even offering what is perhaps the most demanded banking service??nnWasted almost 2 hours driving there for nothing and then having to visit the cbd branch anyway. The other reviews are right, don't waste your time.

Could you be any slower
