Probably the friendliest Westpac I've been too! The lady with blonde hair is super helpful and friendly.

ATM access gets worse and worse at Westpac.nnTwo of the least best employees work here.nnSo very shady are these ladies.nnAvoid them both and the Annerley branch.

Excellent service from both the Annerley Westpac staff member and Westpac itself by securing and replacing my stolen card and by blocking my card instantaneously when they noticed a dodgy transaction. Not a cent went missing and the staff member was completely helpful and professional.

Atm not working and people inside bank unhelpful hardly any westpac ATMs around now and the few that do still exist don't work brilliantud83dude44
