If I could give negative stars I would!!!!nWorst branch I've EVER dealt with in my life! I've lived locally for over 25 years and they are unfriendly , unhelpful and down right rude , the countless times I've had issues and they haven't sorted the issue or just half helped is astounding !!! had an issue with a bank card and they said they ordered it , When in fact they didn't 11 days later, And are now trying to cover up there f$%k up !!! Honestly the worst Branch ever , Everyone needs Re training and Basic skills and customer service re training !!!

It seems the simplest of tasks (setting up a child’s account) is the most frustrating experience at the Bulimba branch.nI have been in twice now to do it. The first time I went in, the young guy on the front desk ignored me for about 20 minutes and then finally answered my question that all I need is to bring in my child’s birth certificate to open the account (and my personal ID).nSo I’ve taken another day off work for him to now tell me she needs to be present. If that’s the policy then that’s fine but could he not have told me the first time I came in. I asked him what I need to open the account so he had an opportunity to tell me this already (no child was present the first time).

Leith was very helpful and solved my problem with no fuss. Will be coming back to Bulimba.

Misplaced my weekly business banking, deposited via their quick banking draw. After chasing them up, they found it. Where? Why it was misplaced? I was never given an explanation. Very Poor.

Commonwealth bank is a disgrace. Nuff said
