Our Son 3 weeks ago was notified by bank of Qld that they cancelled his card due to hackers.nThat’s greatnHe was told to go in to branch show ID and they would sort new cardn3 weeks later still no cardnHe was told by first person 48 hours by special delivery to Hamilton/ Racecourse road branch.nNo cardnHe has subsequently been told this again on two occasionsnHe was promised that without doubt his card would be there todaynNO CARD/ it has been sent to old address???nNo one can give clarity on just where his card isnOur son has been banking with bank of qld since he was 15 years old , now 32years oldnWhy do banking establishments treat our young adults, or in fact anyone in this disrespectful mannernHe does not bank with anyone elsenI will be visiting bank tomorrow and discussing issuenIf there is not clarity at that meeting I will be contacting the banking ombudsmennBank of qld have a service notationn“We care as out our Customers’nVery upsetting and totally not acceptable
