Suncorp Bank

I deposit money regularly into my Suncor bank account via the post office. This is because every time I go to use the cash deposit machine in the city or the cash deposit machine at Toombul they are not working.The Stafford Suncorp bank recently closed and so did the cash deposit machine connected to it. If I to have to put the money into another bank and transfer it to my Suncorp account it takes a day or 2 to get there. I’ve got bills to pay I need the machines to be working when the post office is closed on public holidays. This is costing me money in dishonour fees because your machines are not working. It’s frustrating that the bank can’t keep the cash deposit machines open and working during a public holiday.

Spent 45 mins there lodging paperwork to get our daughter who works for us as a signatory on our business account. This woman made us jump through hoops and treated us like we were an inconvenience and was very rude. We went along with it & said nothing just so we could try and get it done asap as it was obvious she was wasn't in a good mood. She then told us we would get a call in a few weeks to say it was all set up. After 3 weeks we called and she hadn't done a thing. Nothing had been lodged to say we had even been there. Total waste of time.

It's a bank.....i wouldn't expect too much, they take your money, give you nothing for it and make a huge profit in the process. The royal commission stooges did nothing....$500 million fine....where will they get that money?? Derrrrrr!.... Us?

Your never there for less than 20mins just lining up.never enough people on the counters.
