Visited branch on 16/04/21 with 2 simple questions. Non of them were answered! Please train your staff and then put them to handle customers. They literally told they know nothing, but opening new accounts!nPathetic service at 275 George St Brisbane.

A very friendly & efficient service provided in a highly modern setting! A lounge is provided for waiting on assistance! Two separate desks give privacy when applying for loans! A teller machine is inside & outside! A young gentleman came out of a private room & showed my friend how to deposit cash into his credit card account! No long cues in this branch! No cash kept on these premises!

Went there this afternoon to repurchase a cheque that I got the payee's name wrong. Alycce was really friendly and helpful. She has tried to help me in an efficient way. I really appreciate it! Thank you to Alycce!

Terrible experience !nnToday the 5th of April I have walked to ANZ bank to activate my credit card. After about 1 hour of waiting I was told by Amelia .., to make an appointment for next time .....nHow encouraging ....nThe older lady who was serving at the teller was very helpful and nice but powerless.nThis bank is very understaffed.nAfter all that wait , Shane was really helpful and officiant ....

Very helpful branch. Very reasonable in reviewing an unfair bank fee. I would (and do) go accross town to visit this branch.
