Grossly understaffed. Wait in line is ridiculous..machines can not replace people. Educate staff and appologise for keeping customers waiting over 30 mins...... never will I bank with NAB
I had a very positive interaction with Alex the Branch manager a few weeks ago. I had some issues with my home loan product and I was stressing out and she resolved the issue within one day! and kept me informed throughout the process. Very happy with the outcome. Staff at the branch seem very friendly and helpful; understanding and knowledgeable about home loans. Highly recommend NAB. Cheers!
A great conveniently positioned bank in the heart of a busy city! Close to all the usual shops especially Woolworths & BWS! Friendly service always has been provided by the staff in the branch! Wheelchair access to the branch is available for the disabled customers comfort & easy access!
