Good luck getting served in a timely fashion! ANZ seem to think it's a better idea to employ people to stand at the door and say 'hello' as opposed to actually putting them on the teller stations.

When you deposit the money in the counter, you need to be careful about that. The tellers in this branch are dishonest. This happened second time the tellers kept our $1000 in their pocket. The first time I found there was $1000 short after the teller counted my money. It was supposed to be $23000 to be deposited into my account, but the lady told me she counted there were only $22000. Luckily. I remembered I had 10 x $100 notes disappeared (other notes are $50)nnAfter fighting and requesting the branch manager to look at the Cctv, they found the teller hide my money in their drawer, and they returned my money back. The second time happened was this week, My friend accidentally gave the teller $1000 extra when deposited her money, the lady of the banker secretly keep the money without returning back to her until the next day we came for asking. The lady admitted she knew there was $1000 extra, but she decided to keep silent and did not contact us (She has my friend’s phone number) The unmoral behaviours are not acceptable, but It seems every worker covers each other there. This made me have bad impression of ANZ Bank
