If there is a Zero star option, I would not rate it as One. Really poor service that we received. Our broker setup a bank account with M bank for investment on behalf of us. All paper work is correct, but M bank made a mistake about my hubby’s surname. He called the bank and requested correcting the error. The customer service said that it has been amended. Once my hubby requested a confirmation letter to clarify the mistake has been corrected. She refused. It doesn’t make my sense. Correcting/changing account name should be a serious procedure, and she refused to issue a confirmation letter regarding this. Fine, we “respect” their procedure:(. Recently, we made another share purchase, and then the company sent a confirmation letter to us, which shows a incorrect account name........we contacted M bank again, the customer service said that the system delayed. Excuse me, the first call that we requested a correction was one month ago.......really bxxxshxt!!!!!

We took out 3 individual business loans for 3 cars, never missed a payment, paid 1 out before the term of the contract. Then the Covid hit and they sent emails saying we could have a payment pause, we took it. When we could go back to work again after 2 months we paid out the second car and sold it, then we paid out the 3rd car before the payment pause finished. They were sending us emails saying payments are restarting. We applied for a loan for new cars and they knocked us back because we had to take a payment pause. The monthly payments for both cars was $1000 and we paid out $22000!

This bank supports scammers ... Not efficient enough. Be aware
