Westpac Branch New Farm

Closed at lunch! Didn’t know banks did that. Went out of my way to get there to deposit cheque as other local branches all shut down. Had to leave without deposit. Annoyed!

Went in today to get the phone number that’s linked to my account changed so I can send money to my family. I got told it was done but when I got home and sat down to make the transfer I got the pleasure of realising they have changed nothing.nnUseless.

Business banking nightmare, payments to suppliers constantly delayed sometimes for weeks, without reason. Run away!
