This bank branch is AWESOME Irene Kimberley Craig and the staff are always happy love to laugh and smile You couldn't hope to have a better experience in any bank anywhere These guys are legendary awesomenWife and I LOVE this bank of queensland

Very poor service

Lovely friendly staff, always helpful, quiet branh - rarely a queue.

Not at all helpful. Poor service and staff will try to insist customer to go online rather them providing service at the branch .

2019:nI returned a year later to see if they've changed. They have not. Different staff but still incredibly rude and the same terrible customer service. Do not go here. You just get bad attitude from the staff.nn2018:nIncredibly rude and poor customer service. I'll be going to a different, more friendlier branch thank you very much.
