I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the poeple that work here.nIt's a small and under staffed branch. But run well, with great staff.nnNegative reviews are probably because they didn't get free money or the impossible

Very disappointed with this branch (ANZ Whitsunday Plaza). I’ve been banking with ANZ since I moved to Australia in 2016. My card got lost / stolen the other day and it’s been more than 2 weeks and I haven’t received my card yet. Called ANZ only to know that card got delivered 6 January at 230pm. Every time I make an over the counter withdrawal the gal who assists me keeps on saying that if I haven’t got a call or message that my card has not arrived in their branch yet without even checking. Very inconvenient since I live in Proserpine and ANZ Branch here in Prosy shut down.
