People are so quick to complain when they feel they aren't treated well but will rarely praise an employee who goes above and beyond to help a customer, we had a very good experience with a young man, Daniel Northcott, at the Grand Central branch in Toowoomba. I think he should be praised for his enthusiasm and helpfulness. Thanks Daniel.
