ANZ Branch

Pretty close to useless service, only went to the branch because their telephone banking was worse. Had to order a new bank card twice over the phone, twice on the net and twice in the branch before the order was finally placed. Utterly hopeless. I should charge for the hours I spent on the phone waiting on hold.

My experience with ANZ as a business owner, trying to use their business banking is less than pleasant. In comparison to my local bank which I use with the same business, it lacks serious customer service quality.nI cannot just call anyone at the branch and nobody is accountable. They don't return calls and do not follow up on plans. I will be moving away from them as soon as possible.

I am over 70 & encouraged by the government & medical advice, not to go out. Through no fault of my own am left without access to my account. Phoned ANZ to get help. After giving answers to robots & being transferred, another robot told me that due to COVID19 they couldn't take my call. - Great! Due to COVID19 it's not safe for me to go in but due to COVID19, *their* priority, which they say is to assist the most needy, is to NOT TAKE MY CALL. - Shows how little the banking industry, or at least this member of it, has altered its attitude & behaviour since the Royal Commisson, i.e. Not at all. FRUSTRATED. & feeling helpless.

Several branches closed making unimproved locals now we can’t pay anz at the post office your service or lack of it sucks regional Australia in pain highfields branch closed now I have to drive across Toowoomba because the rich pigs that dictate anz policy give themselves a 300 percent pay increase shame on you anz heritage bank now has my 125000
