Great experience with this team, If you are looking for a bank that will answer the phone when called and listen to your needs look no further, We have switched from ANZ to Westpac because of the experience my Wife and I have received, We get phone call on a monthly basis to make sure everything is all good Lorelle is always so nice and when there has been concerns Chris has sorted it out very swiftly he stands behind his team which is great to see from a managers point of view, Aswell as Ben his been great helping us into our new mortgage.

Very impressed with the friendly & professional assistance today from Josh, he gave us the information & help we needed with a smile & a great attitude. All the staff at this branch are good, but Josh is a stand out.

I've always been a happy Westpac customer but everytime I try and call there's no answer. I try all day long and I'm desperate. It's hard to go into store as well when you work full-time and shut at 4.

They have good location, careless deposit machine, Internet wifi, good staff everything perfect. Careless deposit machine several times hangs up, too much annoying, besides this everything perfect.
