Thanks to Nat Anschau for her excellent customer service when I switched all of my banking over to BOQ! Nat was always available to answer my questions so that I had a full understanding of terms and conditions. No question or concern was ever a bother for her and I always felt that she had my best interests, which can be such a rarity at banks these days. My new accounts were also approved and set up in what felt like record timing. I can't fault Nat or BOQ Birtinya - thank you!
