Terrible customer service . The girl who was at teller she was handling customers with respect but one of the cranky lady was standing inside close to entrance door , her service was terrible customer service she was thinking she is very smart . She should get retirement from work. Timing between 1030am and 11am at 11-nov-2020.

Very bad experience guy name RODNEY was very much unprofessional, I was there to deposit money he said you should book appointment to deposit & i was thinking he is kidding & few seconds later he was telling me why are you laughing, his words was don't show me attitude ( I don't know whats wrong with this guy rodney ) later call security for no reason , then get to know he was the branch manager , what a poor services they don't care about customers , such a poor service by branch manager ,

Very well managed..... Lovely staff. Have just returned after 6 months...as always staff great ...Sean attended to me and was amazing...I'm not very savvy with all the technology unless it is working well....he helped me with great patience and quiet humour....thank you Sean...so much appreciated.

Website/google needs to be updated with opening times. Raced all the way from work thinking it was open till 5pm today (Friday) and it was closed. Now I have to go to Mt Ommaney on a Saturday morning as that’s the closest branch open on weekends.

Terrible service, talking and laughing with each other while outright ingnoring customers. I went in there and waited for almost 20 minutes as other customers who came after me were being served behind me on the line. Seems like they were pick and choosing who to talk to. I ended up leaving.
