Westpac Branch Beenleigh

The staff who is a middle-aged lady lacks education. She interrupted me many times by repeating the reasons for not being able to provide services. She lacked patience and did not understand basic politeness. It is impossible to believe that Westpec has such low requirements for its employees.

I just came from Loganholm branch i was waiting 15 minutes no one spoke with menArrived Beenleigh branch the line longer but I didn't wait any more they was very quickly friendly and helpfulnThanks

The staff here are tremendously miss-leading and completely unreliable. Providing opinionated information without being a financial advisor and giving us paperwork with other peoples names on it for us to sign. Absolutely useless, provide incorrect information about their own accounts and cant understand a polite no thank you from a customer. Where possible, use the Oxenford branch. The people down there are younger, less pushy, more experienced and actually knowledgable about their products and services. Avoid Wendy at all costs
