Extremely poor customer service. Not that they were rude or anything but they were extremely unhelpful. I reported my card lost a month ago, never received a replacement card but was doing just fine with the digital card. Visited the bank today, the lady who i talked to completely forgot to mention the fact that by requesting a new physical card, my current card number will be permanently blocked... And now i’m supposed to be expecting a replacement of the replacement card, which means I’ll have to change my payment method on EVERYTHING all over again. I literately just did that 2 weeks ago. And I can’t access my digital card until 24-48hrs later. Great. I’ll just survive on tap water for the next two days then.

Maybe wespac should update its pages,nSunnybank is closed on saturdays.nThanks for wasting my time!
