NAB branch

Do not use NAB bank !nI mean don’t do business with NAB they have very lazy banking adviser. Being a nab customer for very long time but couldn’t find honesty and loyalty . Their bank advisor ANGELA told me within 2 days we do a decision for pre approval took 2 weeks and then told me sorry . So they just playing with your dream .nDon’t recommend anyone with them

So Lesy and rude customer service especially the staff name is “ Ferozah” she’s very Worst

I felt business team was rude

Very slow customer service with normally only one or two service officers to handle all enquiries as well as normal teller duties which can create long slow queues very quickly.

Love my bank nab rocks but need more in outer suburbs ie logancentral, woodridge, underwood slackscreek more branches and atms
