NAB branch

Went there with my partner to create a joint account, but she said theyre understaff and no one is available to do it. Fair enough. But she didn't bother asking our situation and creating my partners profile so we can create the account through phone call. Not a helpful lady and attitude at all. We went to another branch, same situation, but at least he was trying to find a solution which is to create profile first and call later so we don't need to waste our time keeping going to the branch.

Never used them

The bank clerk is incredibly kind and wonderful. It will be explained in an easy-to-understand manner so that even a stupid person can understand it.
