We enjoyed and are still enjoying working with Paul and his team on my house and build package here in Darwin - Muirhead. My house build loan package is formally approved, the land settled, and house construction has commenced. It was exciting to see construction commencing yesterday. Our (husband and wife) financial situation was a bit complex as we own a house in Adelaide for which Paul found a better deal/interest rates too. With an existing mortgage in place, we could not have got another mortgage approved at our own.
