I’d like to thank the team for all the help they gave me with my insurance. I already had insurance I just figured I was being ripped so I contacted able. I got same day answer and after I provided a few more details I had a response in regards to within 24 hours. Turned out I had the best insurance but I would not have know this if it wasn’t for the help from able. To tip this there was no charge for this service. How good 😌 Thanks very much team. Any questions or queries I have, Peta answers within half an hour of my sent email and she makes the insurance process very simple, friendly and I feel confident in my decisions! Extremely disappointing service, no acknowledgement of receipt when I forward required documents. When I eventually get hold of my broker to ask and update I am then reminded that more documentation are needed and I only found out at that point when I called I needed more documentation. If I did not call I would of never known that more documentation is required. I am already so far into the process and feel that cancelling with this broker will put me back even further. Have been calling and emailing since last week and still waiting on a response. Able finance in Darwin needs to be more responsive when dealing with clients, customer service is non existent.
